bsolutely in love with Oprah Show executive producer, Ellen Rakieten's , Chicago home! It is amazing. A collaborative effort between her designer friends, Nate Berkus and Anne Coyle. She describes her initial vision for the space to look "like Twiggy, Ralph Lauren, and Babe Paley were roomies (pitching in to save on rent)...I am looking for Hollywood Regency, flea market, midcentury French, modern, granny chic, beachy, and English club..."

I can't imagine anything better!

She goes on to list a few of the "must have" components: "girly girl crystal, things old and glittery, pretty colors, David Hicks, glam femininity, venetian mirrors ( I am at capacity with five), Bagues chandeliers and sconces (one or the other is in almost every room) and monograms (towels, bedding, even doorknobs)."

The end result is incredible.
